Just beginning....

So the Bardavon/UPAC season has begun... it's been alright... they say that the first thing that gets affected by the very badly slow economy is entertainment. And i do have to say we are slightly entertaining... spend a day with us in the office you will leave with a whole new cynical out look on life. I would also say that we are affected. Damn it who "they" are "they" were right. We had a big politcal fundraiser last night for John Hall (formaly from the band Orleans) for Congress. Bonnie Raitt, John Sebastian, and Naci Griffith played... There were four 70 year old protesters out front with the most pityfull signs i have ever seen, they only said something like End Abortion John Hall or something like that... it was just so cute...

Otherwise the night was pretty slow, Pete Seeger was there - WHOOOO.... I didn't really go in and listen at all, but at the end of the night after me and KP used Stephens office for sex and drugs we stood by the back stage area for a minute and it was so very not exciting... When i got to stand backstage for Dickey Bettes it was cool, i listened to the last few encore songs, damned if i remember what they were but it was good. Bonnie Raitt and Pete Seeger together was just not really something i was all that into... cool i guess 'cause there are people out there that never get to experience that type of crap.

Otherwise there isn't too much else going on... i'm happy it's fall, and i love Halloween... I wish i had a halloween party to go to... I have a great costume idea and would love to be able to pull it off... i guess only time will tell for that type of shit... I'm gonna be Baby Jane... i do need to remember though that not all people my age or whatever know who the hell that is... but whatever...

I'm done... I don't even know if this made any sense and i don't feel like proof reading it... have a nice evening...

I have nothing to blog about really... Today is my birthday... whoo hooo... not really all that exciting... The remote is completely and totally frozen so i can't do work... I LOVE BABS!!!!

Never really a slow moment....

I don't ever really, really get to sit down and chill... there is always a dog to be walked, dishes to do, cigarettes to buy, and so on and so forth....

I'm going to the beach this week, i'm driving down tuesday night and staying down there until saturday morning, i plan on laying on the beach for as much time as humanly possibly while i'm there. I am also catching a Jack Johnson show on thrusday night, then i'm catching another show on sunday - including jack and bhic and like 15 other bands... then next wednesday i'm going to see G. Love.... oh boy oh boy... busy busy busy even while on vaca...

My fourth of July

I had a shitty week so it was time to unload... and that I did. Went to a bbq at my sisters house and from that came this:

My arm and my calf are a little sore still two days after playing badminton. It was super fun though. It gets hard once you've had a bottle of red and two bottles of champagne mixed together.

I shot a very small gage shotgun. It's oh so very exciting.

The boys threw some knives at Joba. Earlier that day James walked right out of the dunkin donuts with a Joba Chamberlain cut out. It's fucking hysterical. The thing is now in pieces. He had his nuts cut, shot in the neck and face area, I think he may have even been in the pool at one point.

After all the fun of guns, knives, and alcohol there was fire works. They were pretty. We did alot of hoot n' hollarin'.

I also tried to get pauly the bird to say shuttle cock. It would be great to hear him say it. He already imitates a whooing sound that he may have picked up the last 4th of July when Buddha and mudjidog were over.

There isn't much more then that. Though I did yell about a bloody pussy in front of a 5 year old. That's such a lovely thought to leave you all with. So I will bid you adieu.

bored at the on-sale

Three new shows went on sale today - it's 1:48 and the phones are dead, the door was nothing! what a bunch of shit. The economy is so shitty right now that no one wants to commit to something that won't be happening for another three months or so. Almost a waste of a day.

anyway - i have heartburn. I also feel like i could sleep for 16 hours! lovely...

i got nice and shitty on friday with Gwenn, drank red wine until our teeth turned purple, it was a good time. I made a deal with here that i would name my first born daughter (if there ever is one) Rhoda and she is going to name heres Rhonda. it'll be hard for our kids but it will keep me laughing for a long time... haha... i'm going to hell. Otherwise the weekend was quiet.

New Phone

I got a new phone... it is really exciting. It's a rumor. I love it.

I am all moved in to my place with the exception of my bed room stuff... i love living out of a duffle bags, it makes me feel like a gypsy... we got some art and a slip cover for the sofa and a lcd hdtv.... it's all coming along nice.

I started a blog for no good reason.

1st Time

New Blog... I don't really have much to bitch about at this point. I just moved into a new apartment, got my dog back, and hired full time at The Bardavon... life is pretty good right now... hopefully things stay this way.
